My wife knows about my duties and adventures here. She knows where the site is, and what it's all about.
I was downstairs a while ago and she informed me that she had already joined and activated, and that some time she'll have to participate in the OT discussions![]()

I know her user name. Would it be unethical to ban her right now and claim she broke one of the rules?![]()

I'm certainly not going to post it here

See if you have the ability to block people from seeing all of your previous posts. Make her look through someone elses posts and search the threads for anything you've said. My wife would get discouraged at just having to find my posts through another person and give up.Originally Posted by Capmaster

Alas, I cannot in good conscience ban her, nor can I go through the forum's archives and delete all questionable posts I've made. That would leave none
Plus, this is the woman who bore my children, washes my clothes and prepares my meals. I'm particularly concerned about that last part. She has tolerated my bad puns, visited me in the hospital after my motorcycle accident all day every day for every operation and hospitalization - a total of some 73 days.
So I must remember to instruct her to never use the "Search" feature, as that will cause her PC to hopelessly lock up ...being under construction and all
If she wants old threads she will need to scroll down through the pages of old OT topics, and with the activity here, that would take her a long time. She is not the most patient with PCs or web pages. So I think I'm safe unless someone spills the beans.
To the suspicious souls here ...coughcoughstiltcoughcough ..I assure you that she is on the way and should show up here in the next week. Is there no precious sanctum sanctorum for the Capmaster?

Capmaster's BETTER half...Hmmmmmm
Me thinks I need to have a little chat with her!
No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space. -
Ohhh boy. Once she gets her orientation briefibg by a fellow member of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Cap, your life won't be worth a plugged nickel. I don't know what the heck you were thinkong, El Presidente, but may I strongly suggest you check your life insurance policy?Originally Posted by babyboo
P.S. Sorry, Tgpo, but we must move you to a secrure location.Hello. -

Can we discuss a bribe?

Oh, man where is the bottom? Could it be possible that the rumors are true? Can the Capmaster Administration really be rife with corruption? Time will tell. But rumor has it that our fearless leader was seen offering bribes. Hmmm.... 8)Originally Posted by CapmasterHello.

With all due respect, Señor Presidente, you're a sniveling, little weasel, with the morals of a vinyl nanny goat. Either apologize to your constituency, or I'll be force to demand your resignation. And no, I don't take bribes either...Originally Posted by Capmaster

You want me to run from the office, like a politician in some dark alley (or was that a rat in some dark alley? Same thing).
I have considered my options, explored all avenues of action I might take, and I have weighed the consequences, and I have decided .....no. I choose not to run. -
I hear lab scientists are replacing their lab rats with politicians. It seems there are some things that a rat just won't do.

What I think would be funny is if she became a ingrained member, Cap posts something that pisses her off and she replies with a "Listen up *******....."
If you're worried about your previous posts cap, just tell her your handle is Northcat...I'll let you claim my posts

Great. ThanksOriginally Posted by northcat_8

Maybe you could install a firewall and add this to her 'Blocked Sites' list.

That would be great, until BabyBoo tells her to go NorthCat_8's profile, select this option and find the post where you both conspired to deceive her. I still see the only option for you, Cap, is to fall on the ol' sword. I'll tell Tgpo to start writing his inauguration speech, should you finally realize you're totally out of options.Originally Posted by northcat_8

Hello. -
"Oh what a tangled web we weave..." This is like watching fourteen monkeys try to **** a football. And what happens when she leaves her laptop upstairs or elsewhere amd decides to boot yours up instead? I'll hold the hilt for you, Sir, and you close your eyes and run towards me as fast as you can. It will be over in moments...Originally Posted by CapmasterHello.

Doesn't matter. In the Battle of the Sexes, the fairer sex doesn't take prisoners anyway. I'll be here if you decide to change your mind about the sword thing...Originally Posted by CapmasterHello.

As previously posted, he has been moved to a secure location. We've already written you off as an acceptible casualty. Tgpo has written his inauguration address for when the time comes. All we are waiting for is for your better half to get the news. Then everything will be set in motion...Originally Posted by CapmasterHello.
