Do Xvid or DivX AVIs support any sort of "flag" for on-the-fly anamorphic conversion?
I have a Philips 642 DVD player that supports playback of Xvid and Divx files. However, they are all 4:3. It would be nice to have some sort of patch utility that scans through an AVI and adds some sort of widescreen flag such that when it's played back on an MPEG-4 supportive player, it would be anamorphic and be displayed properly on a 16x9 TV.
Any help on this would be appreciated...
