    We'll, finally got the Monster back and found out what the problem was...a FROZEN cpu fan

    I had checked the fan speed before bringing it in and it was spinning at ~3300 but remembered about 6 months ago when it started making noises, but still spinning well.

    Replaced it with a 5500rpm Vantec setup....ahh...I SURE did miss my internet.

    Who needs cigarettes when you have broadband....ahhhh
