Anyone know a way to extract audio from a menu under OSX?

The menu is usually the small VOB that's at the beginning of the first title set on DVDs (VTS_01_0.VOB). If you rip that VOB, then demux it using something like Extractor (http://denisx.dyndns.org/extractor/) to demux it and get the ac3 audio file, and then use something like MAC3Dec to convert the ac3 to aiff, which you can then convert to whichever format you want.
