Ive got an avi file that I want to convert to NTSC DVD.
The file is 640 x 320 making it 2.0 video aspect ratio and figuring this one out for MPEG-2 DVD is a little out of my knowledge league.
Would 4:3 or 16:9 work as the correct aspect ratio?
Also, dont all NTSC DVD's have to be 720 x 480.
If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

NTSC can have 352x480 or 720x480 as the resolution. You could use TMPGENC to encode the AVI to mpeg-2, choose the 4x3 letterbox template.
