Hi, i have quite a few tv programmes which i have saved on my hard drive as Xvid, but now i want to convert them to a dvd compliant format e.g vcd etc so i can put them onto DVD and watch on my dvd player.
I have extracted and saved the audio from the xvid as .wav files and now trying to re-encode the video and audio together. Doing this i have encountered a few problems, some i have solved looking through forums and guides while a couple still persist.
One of which is an error that appears saying "Privilidge order error" - this has happened a few times and occurs at different points every time.
I also have noticed that tmpg crashes quite often or my computer reboots by itself when using tmpg, i dont know whether thats tmpg or just my computer.
Anyway, if anyone could help me out with these problems i would greatly appreciate it.
Also, i know this is a little off topic but i've just noticed, whenever i try to open a new internet browser it just replaces the current internet window meaning i never have more than one internet browser window open at one time?? If anyone has any idea about any of the things mentioned i could do with some help.
thanks in advance
