Hi, I a just finished authoring a DVD that has a play movie button, and a scene selection button in the root menu. The scene selection button goes to a second menu that contains different scenes to play. My problem is that if I choose a scene to play, and hit root button on my convertor it goes back to the scene selection menu instead of the root menu.

When I use the play movie button and hit root it goes back to the root menu. How can I get the DVD to go back to the root menu when I choose a scene from the scene selection menu? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

sounds like you mis-linked some of the attributes in dvd-lab

REmember, only one root per VTS. You can manually set the root menu.

Also, find the "M+" icon. This will help you override the root menu in any movie object.
