    Hi experts,

I am wondering any software that can resize the video's frame size? ie.
    320x240 to 640x480 mpg file.
    If yes, how's the quality?

    Thanks.

  4. You don't really provide much info as to what you are doing.

    Lots of software resizes.

Nothing resizes mpeg without decoding it and re-encoding it.

On playback you can often resize.

How's the quality? Poor like a VCD. Once I was going to take some QuickTime 320x240 (starwars clips that cartoon network put out) and put it on a DVD. For 'best' quality, I was going to resize from 320 to 352 using Avisynth Lanczos resize, and then put 352x240 MPEG2 on a DVD. This is an allowable size. The dvd player would then size to fit the TV. I lost interest after a few tests showed it was not worth it to me.
