I transferred a home movie from VHS to a FUJIFILM DVD-R in SP/ video mode. The disc has General Version 2.0 / 4x-speed DVD-R rev. 1.0.
After finalizing, I played it on the Panasonic and it was fine.
I tried to play it on a Memorex MVD2027 (Suffix A) (made 8/2002) and a Daewoo model DV6T834N and they just said loading and quit.
A bought 50 Fuji film DVD-R for $40.
Questions:
1) Are my chances of playing my DVD videos better if I buy more expensive DVD-R?
2) If so, which ones should I try?
Thanks!
