    yeah, yoda I heard that.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

I don't know how the force.net could have misquoted him so badly.

    sigh....

Maybe we could get the Timothy Zahn trilogy made into movies....
    bummer.

Well know you know why I was so firm in my opinion. Remember the force.net is FAN BASED. They can get a little overzealous.

I'd love the Zahn trilogy to be produced. Maybe Lucas would authorize it and have McCallum produce/direct it? Or maybe Spielberg could take a crack at it.

    Kevin

P.S. I'm determined to make a small divx file of the interview tonight.

The OT can work to your advantage there too. You won't find a better collection of prOn than what the OT members have archived 8)

To be a true full StarWars Fan, you must have a complete DVD set of StarWars Movies (Except episode 3 which will be in theaters next year), including the Unremastered StarWars trilogy 4-6, An Ewok Adventure; Caravan of Courage, Ewoks; Battle for Endor, Star Wars Animated Series, 1979 StarWars Holiday Special, Troops (funny Comedy, Quentin tarantino's StarWars, Thumbwars, at least 6 StarWars figurines (3 still in the packaging), and have your remastered trilogy discs already ordered and waiting for release in Sept.

The Make Up and costumes just tells people the level of DIE HARD fan you are.

Ha! I don't have costumes or makeup! As for the others. I just recently got TROOPS - VERY FUNNY . I have 4-6 on vhs (full screen only ). No ewok specials. I'm buying the special edition dvds the day the come out.

I can live without the other specials. I DO have most pc star wars games (most that I can run on a AMD 850 that is!).

    Kevin

EDIT - I HATE Star Wars parodies like Space Balls . I probably will NEVER watch Thumbwars. Star Wars is too special for that. Though I do love Yoda and The Saga Begins by Weird AL Yankovich.

Sorry not to me. It's too lowball and rips Star Wars. It's not positive imitation in my mind. I hold Star Wars higher than that.

    Kevin

P.S. As noted earlier I do love the two Star Wars song parodies by Weird Al. They're more sensitive and uphold Star Wars.

I hold Mel Brooks Low, but the movie is funny. ThumbWars is too. Where did you get you copy of Troops. You want to talk about parody. I can never watch COPS the same again.

I got it when I ordered some Mystery Science Theater 3000 episodes on Ebay. The guy just threw in the cd and I didn't even know it was included. GREAT BONUS!

No kidding, Cops on Tatooine - sure beats Cops in LA!

This is brightened slightly from a capture off my wintv pvr250. The full motion video looks a lot better than this capture.

Using the terms "replace beaver" and "get a grip" in the same post is just bad form.

    IMHO of course.

    Icky thoughts.

There is a better part before this scene, but you have to go frame by frame forward after Jabba hits the button to send the slave girl through the trap door. Yup, the boob comes flying out.

*feels ashamed because he is more impressed by the space battle - for a long time it held the record for most onscreen ships. not bad considering all the optical work was done by hand.*

Wow! Your not kidding! I'd post it but Capmaster suggested that wouldn't be good for me or for the Off Topic forum (got to keep things PG here, at least as far as pictures go, RIGHT??). Besides, I think it's safe to guess that 90-99% of the people here have a copy of Return of the Jedi.
