convert to image file

hi how do you convert an MPEG to image file? Because an mpeg with the size of about 700mb+ cant be burn as svcd onto a cd. but with an image file size about 700mb+ I may be able to burn on cd. can someone tell me of a program to convert? thanks

if you author and burn as s/vcd you can burn up to around 740 mb mpegs/74mincd or 800mb/80mincd. or make a bin/cue with vcdeasy.
