A friend sent an absolutely diabolically bad bootleg tape to me to see what i can.. an old Genesis recording from possibly the early 70s? Anyway, its so bad they didnt even have the horizontal hold centered on the source machine so u have the black bar a short way up on the screen with picture above and below. I guess it's not but thought i'd ask... is it correctable? I have the avt thingy arriving in a day or two to try on it.. i'm amazed what an inept recording this is..

Why are you amazed, you stated it is a bootleg. bootleg usually implies a lower quality anyway
