Converting multiple Bin/Cue

Ok i have this movie i downloaded off irc and it's a SVCD.TELESYNC-maVen. When i unzipped it, there was more complex things. First it was split into CD1 and CD2 folders, which i assumed was 2 halves of the movie. Then when i went into the CD1 folder, it had more zip files. There was 31 zip files and ALL were called mvn-eng-tbsts1. Each zip file contained a cue/bin file. THEN, along with the zip files, there were files called mvn-eng-tbsts1.r30. The files were named ALL the way up to mvn-eng-tbsts1.r53 so from .r30 - .r53. And lastly there was a mvn-eng-tbsts1.sfv file.

THEN on CD 2 it was the same thing exept the zip files were named mvn-eng-tbsts2 and again there were files called mvn-eng-tbsts2.r30 all the way up to mvn-eng-tbsts2.r52 and lastly a mvn-eng-tbsts2.sfv file.

I dunno what ANY of this means and i dunno what to do next. PLEASE help. I want to watch this movie.
