    i know for a fact i have an mpeg2 codec installed. i'm trying to create a svcd within tmpgenc. when i hit start to encode i get a message saying i need the mpeg2 codec. this same thing happened on my old pc......weird....does anyone know how to fix this?

    Does it jsut say that you need an MPeg2 codec to play the file? is thats what it says, then just ignore it. it's not an error, it's just letting you know that you need the codec ot play it.
