Is it possible to add multiple camera angles in (S)VCD or can that only be done in DVD. i.e. if I have a marching band show in separate files like a high angle file and a multiple camera angles file. Thanks for your help.

Well all you really need is software which supports multi-angle authoring. If you've got that, usually its a matter of dragging and dropping. You create your track with video 1, then you add video 2 to that track. Then you create a command to jump between them. You can do a search for dvd authoring software with multi angle support in the tools section of this site. Unfortunately, the programs with this capability are generally pretty expensive, from what I've seen.
Couple of things you need to be aware of when encoding though, the clips must be encoded with identical settings and that means the clips must be the exact same length too. I'd load them up on an editing program with a timeline editor and get them totally lined up and then cut them off equally at the same point.
You should also encode both clips with all GOPs closed. Most editors have this option. You will also need to lower your max bitrate according to how many angles you need. For 2 angles I think its somewhere in the high 8mbits, I can't remember but your authoring application's manual will tell you.
