    I have a number of small Nero Digital MP4 files that I would like to convert to DVD. I have searched but have been unable to find any application that will perform the conversion because, as I understand it, Nero Digital MP4 is non-standard. Anyone know of any application that will convert Nero Digital MP4 to DVD compliant MPEG2?

    There is a program called mp4ui that allows you to extract the video as an avi stream. TMPEG will encode from that stream. You can also extract the audio with mp4ui.
