Sorry is the question seems stupid but I have to sent some 4 GB of DATA files to my niece in New York (from Argentina) and I have not time for research or experiment (the flight leaves in 4 hours)
She haves a DVD+RW drive in her laptop.
I have a DVD+/-RW drive and only DVD-R blank disks and one DVD+RW.
I was planing to burn the data in a DVD-R disk, but then the doubt stricked me:
CAN A DVD+RW DRIVE READ DVD-R BURNT DISKS?
I'll appreciate your answers

Most DVD drives read both, you shouldn't have any problems, enjoy your
flight, kind of rainy here today -
Yes they can they can just not burn them
