Can someone please explain in a child's language how to convert an avi to SVCD and have the sound sync. Here's what I have done so far. Saved the sound into a wave file with VirtualDub and then encoded the wave separately with TMPGEnc into MPEG Audio Layer II. Then I encoded the Video file separately into SVCD. Lastly I multiplexed the two files together and would you believe it....they are out of sync. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.
