Hi it would be helpful if anyone could tell me how to get a screen shot of my video clip of a paused image or a moving image doesnt matter just an image clip of my video so that I can send it to someone, anyone know what program I have to use or if no program needed at all.

cue up the frame that you want to capture, size it to whatever size you want, and hit the 'print screen' button on your keyboard. It's just to the right of F12. Now open up whatever imaging program you have (photoshop, paint, imaging), make a new document, and go to edit --> paste. Then crop away the stuff you don't want, and save your nice shiny screen shot. (sometimes the area that you are expecting to see image in shows up black. try it again, and maybe close the file, and open it again, then try it again) Good Luck!
