When I use AviSource, the colours show up incorrectly (everybody's skin is blue). When I use DirectShowSource the colours are correct.
Source: DIVX Avi
Output: .m2v
using AviSynth to frameserve (with a resize) to TMPGEnc.
I remember reading once about this problem, but I can't seem to find anything in the forums. Just wondering if I HAVE to use DirectShowSource in this case. Any input on this is welcome.

Well everything works just fine in Windows media player so I don't know if that will make a difference. Could that actually happen? Would AVISynth read the file incorrectly while everything else reads it correctly? TMPG reads the AVI correctly when I load it directly (except it reports the wrong framerate).
The AVI was encoded with the DivX v3 codec if that is of any consequence.
Thanks for the reply.Happy to be here.
