Help please with animated GIF

I want to add some smoke to my avatar like
lighting a cigarette. Can some kind soul do
this for me or direct me to an idiot resistant
proggy that will help.

Well you don't have to say that twice. We seem to have a fair
amount of talent in OT. Capmaster, NorthCat, Goolump, TGPO
and for pure comedy you have to add TreeBeard and his "ads"

@ Northcat: I like it but the contrast between smoke and avatar
seems low.

Let me take out a few frames and bump the # of colors up on mine.

OK. Left the colors at 32 (was 16 on the last one) and removed a few frames. It's 5.92KB now:

OK.....attempt #'s 2 and 3. One is just slightly higher quality, I can't see the difference.
