Extending an Olive Branch to the Regime

My Fellow Revolutionaries and OT Forum members,

It is with great regret, yet hopeful resignation, that I must call a temporary halt to the Revolution. While the cause was a great one, this cause cannot be successful without the participation of the masses. Unfortunately, the fear instilled in the people of the OT Forums, by the Capmaster Regime, is far greater than one could ever have imagined. The spirit and willingness of potential participants in this great cause has been suffocated and while many were able, it is obvious that they were not willing.

The lack of participation in the revolt along with the fact that all members of the Revolutionary Council seem to have disappeared, has caused me great concern and impacted my ability to wage war. The fact that the other forums allied in our support have been unable to supply food, personnel, weapons and materials, has greatly impacted our ability to continue in our honorable fight for justice. We are desperately low on wine coolers and are unable to supply our women with feminine napkins. We are also desperately low on clothing, as our sheep have defected to the enemy in search of the “personal attention” that only the Capmaster Regime can provide. We cannot continue to spread the word and recruit via our multi-media DVD presentation as we are left only with crates of Naked Geek media, having used all of the good stuff to burn porn and sell on the black market to fund the revolution. Unfortunately, thanks to P2P networks, sales of those DVD’s were off 25% from last year.

Needless to say, the Revolution is in a very sad state!! I am therefore calling a cease to all hostilities and holding out an “Olive Branch” to the Capmaster Regime in an effort to begin Peace Talks. (NO – not Piece Talks!). I would like to request a full amnesty for all Revolutionaries and that they be allowed to return to the OT Forum to be re-united with their families, and allowed to live out there lives without fear of retribution.

For myself, I am willing to accept any punishment up to and including a 2 week banning for my insolence and am prepared to swear allegiance to the Capmaster Regime. This I will do, not for myself, but for all of those who sacrificed so much for this cause. I would also like a 12-pack of wine coolers, a Lexus, $2,500.00 sign-on bonus, and full medical and dental coverage with eye-care.

I will return to my Fart Bomb shelter and await a response. Given the apropriate response and amount of cash -- I will issue a formal surrender. Otherwise, I will be forced to re-start hostilities.

It seems to me if you had run a better PR campiagn you may have been more successful. Image is everything. You should have replaced the avatar with a cigar-smoking, bearded khaki-clad Cuban. Perhaps had a slogan, something along the lines of "DeCAPitate the Capmaster regime." Supplies? The enemies work just as well as your own. Steal them and destroy anything you couldn't take with you. By the way -- I have not surrendered. I merely extended an olive branch to open discussions leading to a possible surrender. The terms must be satisfactory!! Otherwise, we could end up with a divided forum (ala North and South Korea), in a state of non-hostility, with no formal peace.
