more advanced guides for extras

i know galactica has some good guides on movies with menu's. but occasionally i wanted to make a 8gb movie with extras either fit onto two dvds without quality loss, or save the movie and menu on one dvd and the extras on a second dvd.

are there any guides for this?

So follow Galactica;s method doing the first disc for the movie and the second disc treating the extras as if they were the movie.
