    I am simply wondering how I should simply author a dvd with an mpv and mp2 or mpa into a dvd that does not have a menu and just starts to movie automatically? That is it, I know this is a easy one, but hey.

    Most authoring apps have an option to turn off menu creation. That should create an auto-start DVD.

    For example, in TMPGEnc DVD Author, you can choose the No Menu option like this:
