I'm looking for a software application that automates the whole process of converting a VCD from one video system to another (PAL <-> NTSC). I'm able to do it manually by converting all MPEG (.DAT) files and then authoring the VCD from scratch in the new system, but it takes more time than I can dedicate to converting one VCD. A tool that takes care of all the steps itself (including re-authoring and burning or saving a disc image at the end) would really save my behind in this project. Can anyone suggest a solution?
Cheers,
Jerry

Procoder should do the PAL-NTSC conversion. Don't know about the automated process though.

Sure, there are tons of tools that will let you convert MPEG-1 files from one system to another. However, I'm looking for something that will take care of a whole VCD disc at once and create a copy or a disc image file in another system.
Cheers,
Jerry
