first off, i use winiso to make the iso image file with just the avi file on it
i use alcohol 120% to burn the image to a cd
when i try to load the cd and copy the image file using alcohol 120%, i usually get an error saying "the file did not finish, do you want to delete the image?" am i burning these right? cuz i have burned over 200 movies onto cd using this method
or
i am doing this right, just the cd gets sracted easily?
what is the best way to burn avi files to cd?

Agree with just burning them as a data disc.
Try burning them at a slower speed, but likely if it isn't a buffer underrun then it is probably up to cheap discs.
