How can I set the video bitrate to 1800 kb/s? I know a standard dvd is between 8000 and 3500 kb/s but I'm trying to squeeze more on a dvd if possible. Where can I set this? Also I was trying to make sure before I buy TMPGENC plus that there isn't a free program that would do the same things. XMpeg wouldn't be that program would it? Thanks.
