I just "upgraded" my editing box. It was an old BP6, (BX chip set)2 366 Celerons @ 571, 512 meg PC133 ram, WinTv Go! capture card, 2 hard drives, one for OS's (dualboot, 98se and winnt 4.0 sp6) and one for video (20 gig , 60 gig) and a SBLive Platinum sound card.

Before I could capture @ 720 X 480 with no problems but conversions to mpeg2 for DVD were very slow.

I "upgraded" to a Gigabyte mobo (dual PIII's) with PIII 1100's @ 100 Mhz fsb, swapped all other hardware to this board and dualboot 98se and now win2000 pro.

Now when I try to capture I get a VDUB warning that my card will not capture properly above 320 X 240! And it won't!

This mobo uses a Via Apollo Pro 133 chip set.

Any ideas anyone?
