  1. 2 Huge Problems...

I am burning La Blue Girl DVD's and the second episode of EVERY DVD is being cut off by 10 mins (No it isnt being cut off by TMPG Video source time... its just wont rip the last 10 mins with Smart Ripper (both versions)) I believe it is the Smart Ripper doing this because I play the Second episode of the DVD to check the time and compare it to the VOB file of the Smart Ripper time (lil box that you pick which VOB to rip) This problem is kinda annoying. So far I have noticed it doesnt do that with other DVD's. So its just the DVD's La Blue Girl.

ALSO... the major problem of it all

When i go to burn the Mpegs, I load it up in Easy CD Creator and it gives me a HUGE error (I define huge as in the options are "Close" or "Ingore&quot Now, what im concluding is that it isnt either Smart Ripper or DVD2AVI. Its probably the VCD layout I use for TMPEG. I use to burn them easily with no problem... well, i had to put my system down and reformat. And i forgot to remember my settings, oops... So now, when i go to load the Mpeg into Easy CD Creator 5 it gives me that error and i tried one other format and it gives me the same error. Also, for those who know easy cd creator, if i go to ingore it will continue on but when i go to preview the video... i only get sound. I've tried the format "VideoCD(ntsc)" and now trying "VideoCD(ntscFilm)".

    In shorting that all up...

I use the VCD Newbie guide.
    Programs i use:

    SmartRipper
    DVD2AVI
    TMpeg

Problems with getting the 10 mins cut off from smart ripper

    and

Problems with burning the Mpeg to VCD with Easy CD Creator 5

    Please... OH please help me!

    Thx!

  2. ALSO some info on those two problems

If I go ahead and try to burn the VCD (since it LOOKS like it loads) it will just burn... NOTHING! So i just made myself a nice lil coster.

and with the 10 mins being cut off by Smart Ripper, i've noticed when im putting the VTS(vob) files into DVD2AVI it will give me the VTS(vob) files of 1,3,4... concluding that it is missing a piece in the puzzle. Because the first episode VTS(vob) files are 1,2,3.

    Just thought that would help

    Thx again

  3. Correction... its easy cd creator 4 not 5

And i've tried all other formats with TMPG... and its not that... its Easy CD Creator 4... i think it has something to do with the play back of the movies...

I get a driver error. Something about VCD... hold on *checks*

    AND I QUOTE!

If i click ignore to go on with the program it says (when i trie to add it again)

"Input multimedia file is not a VideoCD ("white Book") compatible mpeg stream"

    Thats one error

if i click close and then the details of the error i get this

"VCDCR32 caused a divide error in module MCICINEM.DRV at 0003:00007f85.

  4. as for your ez cd creator problem, use nero 5.0...i personally think it's better and is more flexible in the options than ez cd creator...

as for your smartripper problem, you could do a couple of things...#1..u could choose "files" instead of "movie"...and choose the vobs u want directly

also, u should goto "settings"..and mess around in there....but make sure u "unlock drive"...if u currently have "check key once"..you should try setting it to "check key for every vob file"...PM me if u need further assistance
