    I bought a video from a website for downloading (http://www.expertmagic.com)

    now the video is in MOV format and they supplied me with a media key when i bought it.
    The problem is i wiped my PC the other day and no longer have the media key. I have emailed the company who have not bothered to reply to my emails so i can no longer watch the video that i paid $20 for.

    I really want to get this converted to DVD so i can watch it on my standalone dvd any ideas on how i can get round this enoying problem.

    TMPGENC has a Quicktime filter than can convert MOV. It has a 30-day trial. You might try that.

    I am afraid that getting a replacement key from the original supplier is your only real chance. Ways of circumventing DRM are considered warez on this board and so discussion of them is not allowed. Topic locked.
