  1. My source movie is MJPEGb NTSC (29.97 fps) at 640x480 and millions of colors with Uncompressed stereo audio 16 bit 48KHz. My system is a Dual 1.25GHz G4 MDD w/ 1.75GB RAM. Running OS X 10.3.4.

    I cannot get ffmepgX to encode to DivX or XviD using any of the presets or by creating custom settings. Does ffmpegX have a problem with MJPEGb sources, or am I doing something stupid? The same source movie will encode fine using the (S)VCD/DVD presets. The following are the errors I am receiving with the presets:

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can encode the source to another codec if I have to, but I would like to stay with MJPEGb if possible.

  2. MJPEG B is not supported unless you convert to mpeg-2 with "Decode with Quicktime" enabled. Use MJPEG A.
