Hi,
someone made a number of DivX files that are parts of a bigger video. Unfortunately, they had not much of a clue about what they were doing, so I have about 30 files, and two of them don't fit in with the others - different frame rate in both video and audio encoding, even different stream type (whatever that is).
I don't know enough about encoding to know why it won't work, but I tried VirtualDub (won't join because of different rates) and MediaStudio (crashes within one of the normal files).
I do not know exactly how to get all files to be encoded the same way without losing too much quality before I can join them later. I don't know if I want them as DivX or MPEG yet.
I probably have the software I need, but somehow it doesn't work just right.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
