  1. I did a complete reinstall of my system the other day, I'm generally meticulous with my backing up of programs, but there is one little utility that I had which adds a context menu item to windows explorer that allowed you to display in a small dos window (in xp) the properties of an mpeg 1 or 2 video. Now for the life of me, I can't remember what it was called, and I've been trying to find it on the net for 3 days, as I didn't back it up...

It was a great little utility, displaying both audio and video streams analysis such as average bitrate, mux rate, length, frame rate and frame size, type of video stream, sample rate of audio stream. Just in a fast little dos window.

If anyone can lead me to a place where this is available it would be O'some!

Please don't recommend Mpeg properties 1.0 or other windows based program, because i tried most of them. This one stayed on my system for over 4 months until the system reinstall.

    Thanks in advance!

update: these programs are not the ones i am after ...but thanks for suggesting!
