    i wondered if there is a authoring tool which will allow u to use a clip from the project u are compiling, and use this for a back drop for the menu page? as the ones i have looked at have fixed templates.

    tried the dvd-lab but had a prob when it tried to demultiplex it could not open one of the vob files. tried tmpg dvd author, this has the set menu's
    but when outputted the folder to drive, i didn't use tmpg to burn and had no menu's on the disk, i used nero is this the problem or does this not aurthor the menu on the trial version? dvd architect is this the same as dvd lab does this demultiplex the imported file into audio and video?

    dvd lab and dvd architect both can do motion menu background...dvd architect will render the background for you and for dvd lab you need to render it outside of dvdlab, but it has pretty good support for the motion backgrounds

    thanks for the info but with tmpg you don't have to demultipex like dvd-lab
    but u have the fixed templates, found the menu on the dvd for some reason it is in the middle of the film, has any body any idea's.
