I have tried to follow the directions given and guide after guide to get DVD-RB to work. When I use dvddecrypter it rips the dvd fine and then I go into DVD-RB and click on prepare where it starts working but then a html box comes up and it says:
Warning! The input directory is already small enough to fit on a DVD-5. No compression is necessary. Continue anyway?
Then it starts and says it is going through phases of preparation. Scanning and writing a .d2v file. Then a html box comes up saying:
Run time error '9': Subscript out of range.
When I click on OK it closes the whole program.
So are there any ideas out there?

Please check your source: Go to the source directory (where you put your ripped files with Windows Explorer, right click the VIDEO_TS directory and check Preferences. If the size is lower than 4.37 GB( or 4642 MB) the film can just be burned without ant compression.

So what do I do once that says that...I am not going to be able to use CCE SP? I don't get a message until it goes through all that...BUT, I do want to be able to use the CCE SP to get the best picture on my burn...I have Nero6 Ultra. -
As pg55555 says - you can simply copy this to a new DVD WITHOUT having to go through CCE. You will have identical quality to the original because you won't be changing anything.
This is as simple as it gets.
