    hi,

    I am using TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress. However, I am having a problem with it. When I go to 'start new project' and choose the avi file I want to turn into an mpeg by going to 'add file' it comes up with "could not open the video part of the file, mymovie.avi only the audio part can be opened. So I cannot convert my avi file.

    Please can tell me what the problem is and how can I sort it out.
