- - ** Problem ** ** Codec not registered
DSH Friendly Name DMO JPEG Video Decompressor
DSH Driver or Wrapper C:\WINDOWS\System32\qasf.dll
DSH DirectShow CLSID {8314B3AB-94C9-4BD3-9DBB-FEC978975C1C}
My brother-in-law wanted to get some japanese movie working on my computer, and his solution to getting it to play was to install a bunch of codecs. ARGH. I uninstalled them and now I've got problems.
Videos that I was once able to play now either play upside down or crash my explorer.
Right now I have WinXP, DirectX 9.0b, DivX 5.2, ffdshow (latest), ac3filter, Nimo (latest).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

Do a search for "Nimo Codec Pack" or just "Codec Pack" here and on the forums on www.doom9.org
Good luck with fixing that up.
