> read my post regarding Shop4Tech media. BEWARE!!
Beware? They're notifying you (or someone) they're out of stock, telling you when they expect to be in stock, offering to send a replacement or a refund.
Yeah- you really got to beware of companies that do things like that! Next thing you know you'll be asking for a refund and they'll actually give it to you- those rotten b*stards! -
That's actually better customer service than what Meritline used to do when it ran out of stuff. Meritline at one point let you order already out-of-stock media.
Shop4tech appears to be stopping new orders for sold out items, and letting you know, and replacing it with something just as good (if not better) ... and finally, allowing you to cancel instead of wait.
What more could you ask for?
Inconveniece, sure, always ... but they're trying to make it right.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

I'vs had nothing but great experiences with Shop4Tech and will continue to shop from them (as long as they have good deals). The email notification they sent was excellent - some companies will just let you sit and wait and not notify you that they're out of stock!
If you don't want the replacement media, just let them know and that's that. Looks like Ritek's on the upswing again. I guess they fixed whatever quality control problems they had. Good to see - they make great media.
Anyway, getting back to Shop4Tech, in my opinion (for what it's worth), that's great customer service. You can't do better than that.
