  1. I just took delivery of an Epson R200 to complement my Epson Stylus Photo 960 which sometimes has a problem with the DVD feed tray. I have both printers connected to a Macintosh G4. While the 960 works fine, I cannot for the life of me get the DVD tray on the R200 to feed into the printer. The printer keeps ejecting the tray and, according to the Epson guide, all I have to do is reset the tray and press the media feed button. It still ejects the tray. I have noticed on the front of the tray that there is a plastic strip which is attached on the underside. I am assuming that this is a part of the tray as the notches on it line up with the rollers in the printer. I have lined up the arros on the tray with the arrows on the feed guide as is stated in the manual - no luck. I have inserted the DVD tray further in until it stops against the rollers in the printer - no luck. I have installed the latest drivers for the printer - no luck.
I am running Mac OSX 10.3.4 which is the latest. Any one with ideas on this? As I said, the 960 works fine except for the odd times when I have a feed problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I've already sent off an email to them. Thanks for the tip.
