Datatrack on a DVD-9 DL...

Dear all,

Is it possible to add a data-track (readable on a PC) to a DVD-9 DVD? This DVD has to be duplicated for commercial use.
I know that it's possible for DVD-5 but I'm not sure that it possible for DVD-9.
What is the best DVD-authoring software to do that? (not Sonic Scenarist because to pricy...)

yes, you can store data on both dvd-5 and dvd-9 dvd-video.
