  1. Help me get back my favorite VCD-making programme, VCDEASY!

Pc was in the shop getting an unwanted overhaul... Now its back, and I re-installed VCDEasy (from my old 1152 version), but it won't recognize my CD-R burner/drive now.

It said WNASPI32 was missing (which it wasn't), so I downloaded it and put it in the SYSTEMS folders anyway. Now...
Says it might have problems with the ASPI Drivers...?

At the end of the day it just won't burn - It'll only simulate.

Anybody got any idea what it is I need, where I can find it, and what I do with it when I have it??? Any and all info would be appreciated, thnx.

  3. Thanks very much. I'll give that a shot.

    Just the Compel drivers....?

Will those self-install, or do I need to do anything special with them to make sure they work right/are correctly placed?

    Thanks Again...!

Just the Compel ones. These use the aspi drivers known to be the most compatible/stable. The package will auto-install, but you will need to reboot , then check with the 'aspi check' tool which should now be in your start menu.
