IIRC, he's maybe 6'4", not gigantic but not small either. some of it's the angles as well... I never realized Henry Rollins was as short as he was until I met him in person - he looks much bigger in videos.

I went to High school with Howie Long, Football player turned comentator. Joe Perry of Aerosmith grew up next town over from me. I met Malcom Forbs of Forbs Magazine at a Race Track. He was a big Bike nut.

I have met Richard Attenborough during the shooting of 'Gandhi'. Met Ben Kingsley also but he was not famous then.

John Farnham ey? I'm guessing you are at least 40 years old if you are a yank and know who he is, correct?

He's a nice guy, I'm pretty sure I've met him as well when I was younger. He does some promotional work for a winery that has vineyard about 20 minutes away from me so their is usually a concert with him singing at least once a year.

Yep.....that seems to be about the age of the American Farnatics. As soon as the Little River Band concert was aired on HBO in 1982-83 John had instant fans in America....although they were saying "Who's the blonde guy?".
My dad and I are both musicians. I still remember him walking past the TV when John was singing - more like YELLING....but in perfect pitch and vibrato....and my dad says "Jesus...who the hell is that guy?"..
Although it took me until 2000 to actually meet him.
