  1. iam trying to backup 2dvd9 to 3 dvd5's. Due to the size of the vobs i dont need to reincode, just some stripping and blanking.
    This is what i got:
    2 dvd9's, has each:
    4 vob ids containing a movie: VTS_02 / VTS_05.

For my 1st disk I blanked out the entire last vob set(VTS_05), so it would fit on 1 dvd5. Ok its no problem here
    Now the second disk
I was thinking doing the same job for other 2 disks. Taking the left over vob set from from disk1 (VTS_05) merging it some how with the second dvd9. So VTS_05 would become VTS_02 of the 2nd dvd9 and all original vob sets will shift 1 place down. Later on some vob cell replacements in menuedit.
Question is this possible at all? Adding an extra vob set as 1st one and making it a fully functional dvd.

    are you keeping the menu's?

If you are PGCedit should allow this but I don't think it allows button modification but you have Menuedit for that

seeing as you have Menuedit, if you upgraded to DVDRemake Pro you could also do it

it just depends on how much you know about DVD structures I suppose as to how easy/hard it is but adding a VTS is a lot easier than it used to be

If you are not keeping menus then maybe DVDShrink's reauthor mode would come in handy. There is also a program called Titlewriter than can be used to create a basic menu after DVDShrink has finished
