I just purchased an epson r200, and unforunately bestbuy was out of printable media at time of purchase. My question is can I print on a regular dvd+r, that doesn't say printable on it?

  2. its an inkjet so the ink wil be deposited on a layer of plastic not meant to accept ink. it will not work.
I have, in the past, slapped on a blank cd label on the disc and printed on that. i found that the pictures lined up better than leaving the label on the 8x11 sheet.
there are alot of good arguments for not using labels though.
