    Hi guys. Can't I use Smart Ripper to rip the english section of a dvd to hardrive, then burn it with nero?

    Have you read a dvd-dvdr guide? answer is yes you can copy dvd to dvdr getting english language only.

    Yes, yes you can.
    And i assume you mean the english audio track.

    yeah I mean I read the guide and you need to have all this stuff to make it successful. doesnt the dvd turn from 6 gb to like 3 gb if you take a certain language track and the video from the dvd using smartripper? also, when I do rip it it gives me the dvd files, not ONLY video_ts or whatever. How do I burn these? is there a special way or can I just use nero to burn as a data file?

    Hello,
    Maybe you should give dvd shrink a try. After you install it click open disc. Then either do a full backup for everything or reathor for special sections. You can also check which audio track you want. Since you have nero it will also load that for you after ripping.
