  1. Ok, I'm checking the site for the DVD and it says the Audio Bitrate needs to be 488kbps..the audio bitrate on my movie right now is 12800kbps. Also on the site it says the Video Bitrate needs to be 5000kbps..the video bitrate for my movie is 115000kbps. Is their a tool that can convert my video to the proper format?

You need to do some more reading.

DVD audio needs to be 48 KHz sampling frequency. Total bitrate (audio+video+subs) cannot exceed 10080 Kbps. Click on the blue "what is DVD" over there <-<-<- for more info.

The only way to change the bitrate is to re-encode. Audio can be resampled to change the Hz.
