I need help with BeSweet. I am trying to convert avi/xvid to KVCD (my first time). I know that some of you may be saying "Go to the KVCD forum". Well, I have and I guess I am the only one having this problem because no one has posted about it. This is when I run into the problem:
[color=blue][i][/icolor]After I get the wav loaded, I check ?use MPA Decoder? and ?Downconvert Sample Rate?Convert wav to mp2:
a. Open BeSweet
b. On Input, select the wav created in the pervious step.
c. Check ?Use MPA Decoder? and ?Downconvert Sample Rate?
d. On the Output drop down menu, select MP2.
e. I usually use 128KB/s so click on the Copy Command to Clipboard, then open the command prompt, paste the command and edit the ?B? parameter to 128 and press enter.
f. You should get a MP2 file with the sound of the movie.
Then I select "MP2" on the Output drop down menu.(The one that tells you if it's valid or not - with the different formats listed on the left side, right? MP2 is the last one...)
So then it is time to edit the command prompt. I click the "open command prompt" box and paste the command - now its time to edit the ?B? parameter to 128. What and where the hell is the ?B? parameter? I think it may be something that I did prior to this step that is confusing me, but I have tried it over and over again and I can't figure it out. And it doesn't help it that after you enter shit in BeSweet, you can't just start over with a clean slate. Somebody help me out! You guys are the best at what you do...
Peace,

Hi,
1st off, sorry if i'm pointing out the bloody obvious but here goes...
BeSweet is a DOS command line program that is supplied with a GUI.
The GUI does NOT actually fire off BeSweet and therefore does NOT convert / extract any Audio files for you. It is however used to suggest a bunch of command line switches that you can then copy & paste into say a DOS command line batch file which is THEN used to start BeSweet.
Reply if this is helping you
Cheers,
Andy.Work you bloody thing....
