Try using –copy and paste the audio track to a Third party audio software like GoldWave . You can advance or delay the audio there by ml seconds precision.
Then copy the rendered audio back to your audio track in the video file.

  3. I thought there is option that will put tell player to play audio and video with delay, I was wrong about that? because I can't re-edit DTS audio

  4. I'm not sure if it can be done with DTS audio.. nor do I believe it can be fixed after authoring. Demuxing the files and editing them with MPEG2VCR will allow you to set delay.

Also, DVD-Lab allows you to change MPEG audio delay before authoring, however this is not entirely useful in your case.

What software are you using to author? In fact, what ARE you authoring? With DTS audio?

  5. its a DVD movie that I am re-authoring with new menu settings and features but I added manually to some video clip which is 5 second to the video but the audio which one layers is AC3 and the other is DTS must be match to movie , for AC3 I could add a mute clip for 5 seconds but I don't think that is possible to do the same with DTS sound

  6. Well, I don't think you'll be able to do this without making the adjustments to the original source.
