hi,

I've got a brand new mv750i (zr90) and i linked to my pc with firewire connection.

I've found that both in camera or tape/vcr mode a white noisy line at the bottom of the image appears.

This line is about 2/3 pixels wide and disappears only in darkest images.

This also disappears when you switch to memory-card mode.

i've tried as follows :

1) connection to four different pc with different firewire cards and different high-end FW cables. nothing changed .

2) also as my camera was new I changed with another one brand new as I thought mine was defective.... NO CHANGE !!!! same problem !!!!

i've tried to register some stuff from my PC to v-camera and in this way I've got no noise also no noise in playback: this means that is the camera that generate that noisy line and also that this is stored on my tape !!!!!!!!!

please help me to see if someone has this problem and if this camera is defective in project !!

Canon didn't answered to my question : Canon has a really bad assistance !!!
