I'm attempting to make a back up of my Prisoner DVD and I am not not sure how I should go about it. By the way I'm talking about Cell Block H, not the 60s Patrick Mcgoohan show. The DVD has 4 episodes on it and the main menu give you choice of playing each episode individualy or selecting to 'play all'. The 4 episodes have their own title (4 - 7) but if I choose to 'play all' it plays title 3, which contains all 4 episodes. The episodes are about 45 mins long so there is about 3 hrs of wasted space on this DVD. So basically what I want to do for the backup copy is just to remove title 3 and leave everything else untouched. All 5 of these titles belong to the one set of vobs and all the programs that I usually use to backup cant remove one of the titles without removing the others. I was planning on stripping down the DVD and then rebuilding it again the way I want it, but I thought that there maybe an simpler option. How would you get around this?

The option to play all or select individual episodes is an option only in the ifo file. There is only one set of vob's,the episodes appear only once on the DVD.

I've just taken a closer look and you are right. When I saw my DVD player displaying Title3 when I was watching the 'play all' option and displaying Title4-7 when watching individual episodes, I just assumed that it had all been put together seperately, if you know what I mean. I've come across other episode DVDs which have seperate titles for each episodes, ie: Title1, Title2, Title3, but when I select to play all on those, it will play Title1 all the way through and then automatically jump to Title2, play it all the way through and so on. This Prisoner DVD is the first one I've noticed like this, Is there any reason for the difference in authoring? The more I think about it, I should have realised that there wouldn't be 6&1/2 hrs+ on the DVD.
